Join us online for a mythic evening of creative exploration to celebrate the last day of National Poetry Month. In this virtual workshop, we’ll explore myth—both ancient and personal—as a powerful lens for storytelling, and experiment with hybrid forms that break traditional boundaries between genres.
Through a combination of creative examples, writing prompts, and discussion, you'll spend time generating the first draft of a new poem. Whether you’re reimagining classic myths or conjuring your own inner archetypes, this workshop is permission to take a step back from the craziness of the world today and give yourself much-needed time for imaginative exploration. Writers of all levels are welcome!
