About Madia:

Madia Jamgochian is a local artist who draws creative inspiration from her life experiences. She recently switched to watercolors after drawing with colored pencils for many years and has been enjoying the fluidity of expression in this new medium.

This show, Pieces of My Heart, was inspired by the idiosyncrasies of dating, starting with the bouquet of red flags, and later blooming into hugs and kisses, brought to light by the lack of physical touch many of us felt during the pandemic. Madia hopes to convey a sense of human connection through her paintings and words, inspiring us to love one another.
