The Underground Brunch Club presents: 

“Foraged to Table” 

a food, wine, & art gathering featuring ingredients foraged locally in & around the Santa Cruz Mountains 

March 22, 2020 10am-2pm 

Reservations required. We will sit groups of up to 4 every 30 minutes 

Each meal includes champagne or mimosa

amuse bouche 

choice of: 

eggs benedict with spring onion lily hollandaise house cured ham, smoked paprika toast, country style potatoes 

wild mushroom frittata roast new potatoes, fire roasted pepper coulis 

wild fennel cured gravlax canapes truffle scrambled eggs, potatoes, pickled wild radish 

monte Christo sandwich cured pork loin, maple roast turkey, melted swiss, sweet Italian bread, cinnamon egg batter 

crepes: chicken sausage, almonds, arugula, artichoke, wild greens pesto 

marionberry, mascarpone, & Meyer lemon zest dessert 

wine, beer, mimosas & bloody Mary available
