About Craig:

Originally from the Midwest, Craig Cady has been planted in the Santa Cruz Mountains for quite some time now. With a master’s degree in gerontology, he works to help older adults thrive and find joy—especially those living with dementia. He values loud music and the profane in general, but would probably act shy at your party.

"My brain first stumbled through this work getting caught on the the liquidity of language until I found a rhythm on page 5 and began flowing through the poems at a breakneck pace. It's a beautiful reminder of what an anxiety attack sounds like to the victim while also having the characteristic curiosity of an acid trip. This work has teeth, but will merely flash them between drags on a cigarette. Reminders of danger hidden behind an exhausted smile."—Snow Mathews
